Weight Tracker

I suppose if I am keeping track of everything else, I also need to track my weight loss as well. LOL. Someone who is 5'2" should weigh between 118 and 143. I know that is a huge gap, but that is the lowest weight for a medium build and the maximum weight for a larger build woman. I would love to weigh 143 or less and that is what I want to work towards. Ultimately, I know that the weight is not going to magically come off over night and it's going to take a lot of time, but I am ok with that. I would like to lose 2-3 pounds per week. I want to do it the right way and most importantly the healthy way.
